The facility is available for use by all Kyoto University faculty, staff (including temporary staff), and students (regular students). You can easily apply for a one-day use.

For those who have already pre-registered:

*If you have not yet completed your pre-registration and would like to make a reservation for April on the booking start date, Thursday, March 12, please complete your pre-registration by Wednesday, March 4.
*Reservations will be accepted on a monthly basis.
