To use the Nursery Room for Sick Children, “a prior medical examination” and submitting “the Physician’s Report” are required.　After having your child examined by your family doctor or at the outpatient unit of the Department of Pediatrics, Kyoto University Hospital, please be sure to show the explanatory letter to your doctor and ask him/her to complete the Physician’s Report.

In order to avoid interrupting emergency medical services, the Nursery Room for Sick Children does not allow our users to use the Urgent Care Clinics or the Night Emergency Medical Services for filling “the Physician’s Report.”
